Well it's Not Against The Rules....So To Speak....

The twenty seven year old Jedi Knight clad in all black, a rare sight, but not unheard of. He sat on the entrance ramp of the shuttle, a Muja fruit in one hand and a knife in the other as he meticulously cut away the outer layer of skin and set it aside. The speed in which he moved the knife around the skin of the fruit was something in and of itself, he showed almost no caution or regard for his other hand as he worked with the fruit. He was of course a Jedi and the risk of cutting himself was indeed quite low, but his skill with a knife was nothing short of surgical, a strange echo to his past that he did not even bother reflecting about, nor did it even occur to to him at all that the echo was even there. There were two bags by his side one of which contained more of his favorite fruit, the nourishment and specific vitamin levels of the Muja Fruit along with it's extreme versatility in which one could consume it made it a near super fruit. Aside from it's healthy benefits that were not lost on a Guardian's mind, especially a guardian with a healer for a brother. He looked at his commlink hidden beneath the black sleeve on his left wrist and took note of the time. Fifteen minutes before 0400.

"Five, four...three...two....."

Then as if almost on cue she strolled in looking mostly ready for the mission, aside from her clothes. Adrian took a Muja fruit out of the bag and along with it a brand new knife that he had made himself. The tip was flared off and did not come to a fine point but rather and angled edge that look as if it might be the missing side of a square set on an angle, it then curved down into a beautiful and extremely sharp edge. The steel was of the highest quality, instead of a natural metallic finish that would give off a reflection in a situation that required stealth Adrian had carefully coated the metal with a black finish that adorned the hilt as well. The hilt was simple and functional but was adorned with a small ancient Jedi symbols and personally imbued with light sided energy by Adrian himself, well...at least his brand of light sided energy which was in fact light sided but perhaps a bit less light sided than if Luka had done it. Nevertheless it was pure and a magnificent weapon or tool that could be used in a variety of situations.

He sheathed the knife after his final inspection and tossed both the fruit and the knife to her.

"Morning. You should eat, the knife is for you, it should fit your hand perfectly, it can be modified as you grow without messing with the balance enough that it matters."

He stood up and finished the last of his Muja Fruit.

"Not that I think it matters to you, but I am obligated to tell you that this mission is going to be extremely dangerous."

He paused and cleaned his hands by rubbing them together. He then took his sleeve and cleaned the blade of his knife before sheathing it on his belt.

"You've never been on a black ops style undercover mission before. So listen, if you're still in, we're more than likely to run into some old acquaintances of mine. They will cut your hand off as you give it to them to shake and then kill you without mercy. If they don't kill you, I can tell you what to expect regarding Sith torture if it comes to that, but trust me, I won't let it come to that. You must be confident in yourself to the point of arrogance if we are able to maintain cover around them. If not follow my lead, I know you're skilled with a blade but their training is more extreme, training sabers aren't utilized by Sith so the ones that you meet are the ones who haven't lost before. Don't think, don't feel, just trust your instincts in a fight with them. They will attack with emotion and try to make you mistrust your instincts by injecting fear and doubt into your mind. Don't doubt yourself, if you do, you die."

He placed his hand on her shoulder.

"We also may not run into them, but if we do maintain a neutral aura, letting darkness in is not an option as you know, but Sith use neutral auras to hide in plain sight and disguise not only their alignment but their true power. I trust you Nomi, you are skilled and strong we'll get through this just fine and find what we're looking for...Questions?"
