Re: The Tundra
A hiss. In another moment the lid was open. The occupant gasped for air, his young eyes sprang open and he sat up. The youth patted himself along his torso as if to verify that he was indeed finally awake. How long had it been and what had happened? More importantly as his eyes adjusted to the light. Where was he? There was another tube adjacent to him, it must be that of his master. He checked for his weapon. Good, still attached to his belt. He swung his legs over the edge and tried to stand but collapsed into the snow.
"Serve me now!"
He found his center, and willed the force into giving him the strength to stand, the wind bit his face without a care. He looked all around him and there was nothing as far as he could see.

Re: The Tundra
*One lid opened and soon after so did the other. While the other young man was looking around, Jarik sprang up in similar fashion his thoughts immediately went to his Master where was he?! He calmed himself and caught the other young man whose presence was all too familiar at this point in time. He swung his legs over the side of the pod and found his lightsaber. It ignited with the typical snap hiss, it's blue blade a stark contrast to the barren white tundra that surrounded them.*
"Where is he Silas?!"
*The Jedi Padawan stood up his braid taken by the wind, his legs.....no longer supporting him as he fell into the snow and his lightsaber extinguished. His physical strength had left him. He gasped for air.*
"Where are we?"

Re: The Tundra
He heard the snap hiss of the saber, his instincts told him to act, but he did not, instead he heard his name called by...not him. Anyone but him...then a thud into the snow and the sound of the lightsaber extinguishing itself. He turned to meet the Jedi's gaze.
"Idiot."
He smirked as he gingerly moved towards his chamber and reached in and pulled out his mask. This would help with the wind for at least a while, and if he was being honest with himself it really made him look cool. The adolescent Sith offered Jarik his gloved hand.
"Do you think I have a knifing clue where in the kriff we are you twit? I just woke up too, clearly in better shape than you."

Re: The Tundra
"Idiot? I'm not the one wearing a mask for literally no reason."
*The young Jedi grabbed the hand of the young Sith and pulled himself to his feet. Taking in a breath he allowed the force to surge through him to give him the strength he needed to remain standing. He looked around for a moment, not taking his mental eye off of Silas quite yet, as there was very little trust between the two young men, there was an unspoken understanding between them that did not mind terribly if the other continued breathing.*
"Masks, masks, masks. Is there a reason that all of you Sith have this love affair with masks? I mean honestly, you look ridiculous."
*He sighed for a moment.*
"Vader, Revan, Ren, Bane, the list goes on. What is it with you guys in masks? What are you compensating for? Confidence? Or Are you just hiding? I want to know Silas, tell me the Sith history of the mask."
*The young Jedi shivered as the wind bit his face without mercy and he tried to pull his black cloak up to cover his face.*
"It's freezing out here."

Re: The Tundra
The young Sith threw his hands up in there air as Jarik continued to insult him. He knew he should have stabbed him instead of helping him to his feet. Why must he be stuck here with a Jedi? Let alone why must it be THIS Jedi?
He looked at Jarik who was rambling on and on about masks and the Sith's penchant for them. He chuckled as the Jedi remarked on the cold which was obviously stinging his face.
"Looks like someone should have worn a mask Jedi."
He snickered again and shook his head.
"If you get past the practical reasons of my face decidedly not being cold right now lets get down to functionality. Darth Vader needed his mask to literally breathe, but you are clearly too ignorant to understand that one. Lets look at other reasons, first and foremost. Look at me."
He crossed his arms and lowered his head over so slightly.
"I look like a regular bad***. So much so that it intimidates my enemies, even Jedi, because guess what, you can't see who or what you are fighting against. It's psychological. Furthermore, civilians aren't going to mess with me either, why? Once again because I look scary as hell.
If by some miracle you had a girlfriend Jarik, all she would have to do is take one look at me, and she'd run off with me and leave you standing there like an idiot."
He eyed Jarik up and down.
"Look at you! Who dressed you anyway? What are you trying to be? Black cloak, typical Jedi colored tunic, with black boots, black belt, and whatever those leather things are over your shoulders. Are you just trying to look dark? It's not working, at least your master had the good sense to wear all black because he understood that it was an outward expression of who he was. You just look...confused. Like 'Oh I am a big bad Jedi Guardian, but look it me, I wear black so I'm tough.' Get over yourself.
Besides, don't we have more important things to do?"
