Also called Manda'yaim — a central power-base of the Mandalorian peoples and culture. The planet's atmosphere and rough desert climate is habitable, but only barely. The Mandalorian clans dwell primarily in domed cities.

  • Moraband
Known in past eras as Korriban. Said to be the origin world of the Sith species... A sacred planet for the Sith. The desolate world was largely abandoned eons ago, but forever houses the tombs of ancient and powerful Dark Lords of the Sith, and of immense Darkside power.

  • Mustafar
A tiny lava planet radiating Dark energy, and situated in a gravitational tug of war between two gas giants. Mustafar owes its hellish volcanic landscape to this battle as it causes massive tidal disruption that heats the planet's interior. Electromagnetic fields swamp Mustafar, generating planetwide storms. Mining operations dot the planet.

  • New Alderaan
A small temperate on the fringes of the Eastern Outer Rim, colonized mostly by descendants of Rebellion leaders and of the few unhomed survivors of the original Alderaan, and others who still fight for a better galaxy. Its location was secret many years, and has always remained relatively low-profile.

  • Ossus
Originally a rugged, lush world, and the site of an ancient Jedi library in eons past. Thousands of years ago the climate and atmosphere were cripplingly damaged into an irradiated desert world ravaged by chemical storms. Gradually that damage healed over millennia until Ossus was once again a mostly lush and populated world.

  • Raxus Prime
A highly industrial, trash filled planet. The junkyard world is covered with immense factories, sealed living habitats, streams of superheated run-off water, rough-hew quarry pits, vast debris fields, and toxic lakes. Junk droids cobbled together from the parts of the millions of other discarded and broken droids roam the surface, following no master.

  • Taris
A planet once covered entirely by immense cityscapes and vast oceans, Taris is a world whose face has changed much over the course of millennia. Many of the planet's continents still play host to expansive skyscraping metropoli, but many other portions have been reclaimed by nature. Especially in the northern Hemisphere, where the destruction of the Jedi Civil War was never undone, swamps have overtaken the lowland cities, while the more mountainous northern reaches have seen the skeletal remnants of civilization crumble altogether, leaving nature to reclaim.

Even so, Taris thrives on in its own particular ways, and remains a stark picture of metropolitan civilization in the outer rim.
